The singer wowed as she walked the red carpet at the event, held at the London Coliseum, showing off her style credentials at what is arguably one of the biggest fashion events on the British calendar.
The international hitmaker broke the fundamental rules of fashion - that one shows just their legs or their chest - by covering up in just a Stella McCartney tuxedo jacket for the occasion.
The black velvet jacket served as a dress, with a deep plunging neckline revealing her bare and ample cleavage underneath.
