'We haven't slept together in five years': Scott Disick argues with Kourtney over her need for space after he leaves rehab early in new Hamptons teaser

It was the low point that sent Scott Disick to the hospital as he nearly overdosed on a mixture of alcohol and pills - and which eventually inspired him to seek professional help.
But when the 31-year-old returns home ahead of schedule from rehab he is confronted by his longtime partner in a new teaser for Sunday night's episode of Kourtney And Khloe Take The Hamptons.
The self-titled Lord Disick can be seen arguing with Kourtney, 35, as she demands that he give her more space to figure things out.

Sitting on opposite sides of the bed, the couple can be see discussing their relationship after Scott confesses: 'It became like a 24-hour job to stay trying to get drunk, and stay trying to take pills and not think about life.'
On the previous episode of the show, Scott admitted that he 'partied all night long' - and then took almost an entire bottle of sleeping pills, which sent him rushing to the ER - and convinced he was about to die.
Kourtney, in light of all this, tells her partner: 'I just think this is gonna be like a long road of figuring everything out.'
